Effectiveness of Zhixiao Decoction in children with bronchial asthma, and its effect on serum levels of IL-13, IL-6, and IL-17

Purpose: To investigate the mechanism of action Danhong Injection (DHI) in chronic heart failure (CHF).
 Methods: Network pharmacology was employed to identify bioactive compounds and targets DHI CHF. Bioinformatics analysis used examine potential biological functions pathways candidate targets, while molecular docking conducted evaluate binding affinity ligand-protein complex.
 Results: Based on data mining from public databases, 65 ingredients 246 were identified, along with 786 CHF-related genes. There 48 common between genes, a protein-protein interaction (PPI) network containing 42 nodes 204 edges constructed. The considered as effector proteins exerting anti-CHF effects, they shown be involved multiple signal-transduction disease-related by bioinformatics analysis. Most these had protein-binding capability located plasma membrane well extracellular regions. process primarily associated gene regulation, response hypoxia, development. Binding active further validated simulation.
 Conclusion: This study has shed new light pharmacological DHI’s effects CHF, thus offering fresh leads for additional research into DHI's cure
